1. Paw Kiddos utilizes daycare playgroups where dogs interact with other dogs, under the supervision of Paw Kiddos staff. In the course of such interaction and play, your pet may suffer minor injuries from time to time such as but not limited to nicks, cuts, and scrapes. You release Paw Kiddos from any liability for such injuries, unless there’s proven misconduct or negligence of the staff on duty

2. If your pet is to aggressively inflict injury to another pet, the Owner accepts the responsibility for the veterinary expenses to the injured pet.

3. I hereby grant Paw Kiddos permission to act on my behalf, and in my pet's best interest, by obtaining veterinary care at my expense, if deemed necessary, for illness or injury. I further agree to pay for all vet and other necessary services incurred by and for my pet. The Paw Kiddos staff, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to (A) Treat such injuries on-site, or (B) have the pet seen by a vet if it is deemed that such injury requires vet care. We also will contact you as soon as possible but we will not hold up care at any time.

4. Paw Kiddos shall exercise due diligence and responsible care for the pet delivered by the owner to us. All pets are handled, or cared for and cared for by the Paw Kiddos staff without liability on the Paw Kiddos part for loss or damage from disease, theft, fire, death, escape injury or harm to persons or other pets.

5. You Specifically represent to Paw Kiddos that, to your knowledge, your pet is in good health and has not been exposed to any Contagious illness (I.e: kennel cough, upper respiratory infection, GI upset, etc.) within a thirty day period prior to check-in. You are aware that by dropping your pet off at Paw Kiddos there is a risk that your pet may contract kennel cough, upper respiratory illness, GI upset, or other viruses. You understand that this is not due to any circumstances or conditions at Paw Kiddos and agree not to hold Paw Kiddos liable in the event that your pet becomes ill during or after their stay.

6. You further agree to provide Paw Kiddos proof of the two required vaccinations (Distemper, Bordatella) upon request Prior to entry to Paw Kiddos.

7. Paw Kiddos, in its sole discretion, may remove the dog(s) for any behavior we see unfit or unsafe from the playgroup and may not permit dog(s) to interact further with other dogs during the current or subsequent stays. Paw Kiddos may use tools (I.e: water bottle etc.) to assist with altering the dog's behavior should a dog become aggressive/start fighting.

8. The owner agrees to be financially responsible for damages caused to property/facility by your pet.

9. Owner understands that any animal left for 10 days beyond the agreed pick-up day, may be transferred to an animal welfare group. The owner specifically waives all statutory or legal rights to the contrary.

10. You certify the accuracy of all information provided to Paw Kiddos in writing or orally about the pet by submitting this agreement Paw Kiddos reserves the right to deny any admittance to any pet for any reason at any time, including by not limited to injury, sickness, or behavior that, in the sole judgment of Paw Kiddos could jeopardize the health or safety of other pets or the staff of Paw Kiddos.

FEES: Our service rates are displayed upfront on our website. All daycare package invoices must be paid upfront before the service is rendered.

Daycare DAYS AND HOURS: Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.

TRANSPORT: Our transport service is subject to availability depending on location, day of the week, and timing that you require. Actual pickup and dropoff times may vary from the given times due to traffic, weather, other owners being late, etc.
